Besides stock and currency exchanges, where currency and derivative financial instruments are circulating on the base of money and securities, there were and still are trade exchanges which are called to put in order the relations between contractors at the commodity market. Its feature is the settlement of contract relations between different subjects of commodity market as documents, obligations and contract instruments, regulating deliveries of goods and materials between members of the market.
Development of complex financial instruments, which unite the property right and guide-lines of financial markets and obligations' market's integration, resulted the development of financial management by forming financial holdings and investment funds. Growth of such a form for investment organization (in the form of financial holdings and funds of assets' management) is caused by the processes of economy's internalization and growth of potential and real investors' amount. Investment funds allow attracting additional facilities at the international market and consolidate the assets of different companies and even separate persons in different countries with the purpose of optimization of the money-streams directed on development of business. In addition, such form of asset management is determined to protect interests of minority shareholders in the face of growing influence of Board of directors in large international companies (in the industry sphere as well as in IT & trade).
