NYSE Requirements
The requirements to the issuers, applying on listing at NYSE, are strict enough, thus requirements to the foreign issuers for including in the NYSE-listing are considerably harder, than for the American corporations. For including in listing the American corporation must have an income before taxation no less than 2,5 million USD and no less than 2 million USD for previous two years. There are about 2300 issuers in the NYSE-listing. All of them are the elite of American business. The assets of these companies are about 80% of all capital funds in the USA.
