A bank can attract funds from enterprises, corporations, government, people and other banks. At the same time, bank or banks' association not only attract facilities, but also help to extend investment's possibilities for different institutions of the national economy. In fact, the receipt of a loan allows business to extend products' capacities; people can rise up the level of consumption in such a way; and the mediators can extend the activities' region by giving services for main participants of financial market. Besides, banks can provide balance for their own financial situation due to the grant of loans between banks, and also crediting the needs of the state on the basement of guarantees in any form. Basic type of bank's activity is acceptance for storage free facilities and giving such facilities for a rent to those, who needs them for their business or personal needs.
